For hand-wrapping, we recommend using hand savers or a handheld dispenser. They stop the edges of the wrap catching and make the work much easier on your hands.
It is important to know there is a correct way to use Great Wrap to maximise the stickiness of the wrap. The outside layer of the roll (slip) must always be wrapped on the outside of your pallet.
We've transitioned to a yellow-tinted hand and machine pallet wrap to make it easier for the end receiver to differentiate between Great Wrap and traditional pallet wrap in their supply chain.
The yellow additive in our wrap is made with natural plant fibers and it's 100% compostable. When a pallet is wrapped, it closely resembles traditional pallet wrap with a subtle yellow tint. The yellow colour becomes noticeable when you remove the wrap from the pallet, and when it's on the roll.
